Hangin Satu Badan!

Assalamualaikum....

Kelmarin, pepagi lagi yayansmum dah rasa hangin satu badan pasal Org2 Hotel Awana Kijal & Resort....alahai....


1st call, bengang ngan org reservation diorang yang payah sangat nak pick up phone and tak friendly langsung (tak pnh jumpa lagi org reservation yg cenggini).

Then, second time call coz nak bagi credit card details,3 kali TAK pick up phone.

Bila masuk kali ke-4 call, operator pick up, yayansmum terus je kate:

"Excuse me, i just want to ask, this is the 4th times my call been transferred to your reservation people and nobody pick up.So, can u just take my boss credit card details to pass to them to guarantee his booking?"

Operator perempuan ni okay, dia terus je ambik credit card details tu,tanpa banyak soal.

Bila dah letak phone tu, yayansmum terlupa pulak nak bagi number fax and mintak diorang fax confirmation slip kat yayansmum.

So,call lagi.Fuh!memang takmo call dah actually,but terpaksa.Sorang operator lelaki pick up my phone, bila dier nak transfer call,line reservation busy la pulak.

Then, yayansmum fikir better yayansmum tggl mesej je kat operator, just like before.Tapi ni yang yayansmum dapat :-------

Yayansmum : Can i leave a message, just a simple message,i have the booking number already, and i just want you to help me to pass my fax number and asked them to fax the confirmation slip to me.

Operator : No, you cannot leave a message.

Amboi!!!macam robot cara dia bercakap y'all tahu tak?ish2....Then, continue balik...

Yayansmum : This is only the simple message.Just now your friend can take my boss credit card details to pass to the reservation, why not you???? (ala-ala bengang gak la)

Operator : Because i'm only an operator and I'm NEW.

Yayansmum mmg dah start nak hangin dah, tone suara pun dah start naik.......alahai...nasib baik la urut2 dada...hehehe.

Yayansmum : Okay, fine.If you are new, let me talk to your senior.

Operator : No, you cannot talk with her. She engaged now.

Yayansmum mmg dah tak tahan sgt nak ber"drama" time tu, coz keje berlambak2 lagi kat meja.

Bila dah penat bertekak, yayansmum slow kan tone suara.

Yayansmum : Dik, disebabkan adik ni baru la, you should learn.Operator bukannya robot,yang tahu transfer call, and cakap Yes No jerk, klu camtu baik Awana hire Machine je, lagi senang.You should be very helpful and friendly with your customer, bukan being so hard to deal macam ni......

Berceramah pulak yayansmum time tu, hikhik.

Operator : Okay, sorry madam.What is the Fax number?

Yayansmum : Ha, kan senang...so this is the booking number ***** and fax number ******, please ask them to fax it today,ya? What is your name ?

Operator : *******

Yayansmum : Owh!Okay, *****, thank you so much for your help.

Operator : Okay.

Okay jer????Ish2....yayansmum rasa better machine lagi yg jawab phone...erm....dah la nak ambik fax number pun 3 kali repeat the number...ermm...

Then, petang tu yayansmum received confirmation slip drpd diorang, y'all tahu tak?Salah Date pulak....aduhhh....yayansmum book 17th July, diorang buat 17th June!
Aduhhh...kene call lagi.Kali ni dapat bercakap ngan org reservation dier, tapi alahai suara.....ish2...macam stress and penat giler2. I can sense the voice tone.
Nampak tak professional la kan. Kita faham, diorang maybe penat and stress, tapi be professional la kan..nama pun carik makan, tak gitu????

Y'all pnh ada experience ngan hotel cenggini???ish2...macam2...(^_^)sabo jelah...
